"This is so far one of the best books I have read on diets and emotional eating. It is very well written, and it has a bibliography at the end, which makes it look more professional!
I really liked the way it mentions about sensual eating, that yes, we have to look at food with a sensual eye. This will allow us to eat with more pleasure and therefore it will allow us to lose weight and loon at food differently.
The book also mentions the relationship between food and social class, which is a Fact, and I was always interested in the subject as I always enjoyed reading and researching about social class!

  • This is an awesome book about your relationship with food. This book has something for everyone, it's an ultimate guide to getting the most out of what you eat.

    As a pescatarian, my diet is mainly fish & veggies! I would never impose my diet on anyone else because I know that we each need to be aware of our responses to certain foods. In my experience; I've found that when you eat food that drains you of your energy, you should probably avoid those foods. On the other hand, if you eat foods that energizes you, then you should eat more of those foods. I have used this guide for over 15 years with amazing success!

  • I've been dieting .for a while. I had a transplant, and awakened being 148 pnds. I haven't been that light since middle school, and I'm 45 now. I'm 5'-11", and was a fit 180 in the miitary. When I became a floor salesman, and didn't go to the gym, my weight got to 217. People thought I had a beer belly, but I never drank. I just got fat because of stagnation.
    When I was 148, my doctor told me to eat whatever I wanted to gain. I had fast food, chips, and soda. I got back to 205 in about two moths. I was just stuck in that deadly loop.
    I've began to lose weight again, and Sage Reddy confirmed my intentions were correct. This book is very informative in body as well as mind. If you're struggling with losing weight, and depression, read this book.
